I didn't come to this work by accident.
It started in my own home — in the exhaustion, the patterns that kept repeating, the moments I couldn't explain.
I began to notice that when I was overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected — my children felt it immediately.
Not just emotionally. Energetically.
And I remember thinking: why is nobody talking about this?
I went inward. Studied conscious parenting, intentional living, intuition, energy healing, and nervous system regulation.
Practiced it. Lived it. And everything softened.
And when I did — my children started sleeping through the night.
They connected instead of reacted. Everything softened.
What I share now is lived experience. Not theory.
