Finding peace, harmony and connection at bedtime can appear impossible at times. As Parents, we often believe we must hustle and work hard - or we are doing it wrong. So we push ourselves, to prove we ARE ‘good’ Parents (and get that dang sleep). However, instead of feeling rested and calm, we feel disconnected, lost and exhausted.

If this resonates, I see you. Because I was you. I was that Parent that was hustling, worrying and all-the-time exhausted. Intuitively, I knew I needed to let go of my old ways. So I dove into finding a method that would get me the relief that I needed. On my path of discovery, I learned the importance of pulling in different methods and customizing what works for me and my family. Using my own personal experiences, intuition, higher guidance and education, I support Parents and their children discover what will work for them, in a way that is sustainable.

Working with me, I will support you to become the expert in your own life and raise your consciousness. We will work together to design and enhance your life, while improving the spiritual, emotional and energetic connections with yourself and your children. In doing this, we will identify what is not working, and create opportunities to shift dynamics in real time - which leads to connection and trust in yourself and within the parent-child relationship.

Just because you’ve heard that a “baby can sleep through the night” or been questioned “is your baby sleeping through the night,” doesn’t mean it’s “right.”

The problem is not you or your child, it’s the unrealistic expectations around infant sleep that are not based on the science of child development or your own inner knowing. 

It’s simply that the outside noise and markers of “success” are overpowering your inner knowing as a parent and the new relationship with your child. 

You are the expert on your kid.

And I know you might not believe this right now.

Because everything you’ve tried so far hasn’t worked and you are allowing that to define your success as a parent.

Have you considered that becoming an expert on your child doesn’t happen overnight, and that it requires exploration and figuring out, based on the unique needs of your child.

Show me 2 adults who sleep exactly the same. 

Show me 2 adults that fall asleep in exactly the same way.

It’s the same for kids!

Every kid has their unique sleep preferences - that shift over time (just like us!).


You are still a great parent - even when you tried a thing and it didn’t work. 

As frustrating as it is, it is impossible to pick your child’s sleep preferences.

However, by learning their individual sleep preferences you can provide them with a physical, emotional and spiritual container to be safe in having those preferences.

Did you also know that whatever is happening within you is impacting what is happening within your child?

So, when I was able to see the interconnectedness of myself, my child and a safe sleep environment. Everything clicked, fell into place - and it felt like magic! 

I still get chills talking about the exact moment I knew…

My son used to wake up ALL the time. 

The moment my eyes closed and I relaxed, he would cry and “suddenly wake.” It became a frustrating prediction and I was almost afraid to fall asleep.

One night, after my usual bedtime routine of scrolling social media until I felt tired, I became very conscious of my mind racing. As I finally closed my eyes to fall asleep, he woke up.

And I made the magical connection!!

Instead of physically soothing him back to sleep like always, I went in and approached it in an entirely new way and he fell right back to sleep.

I realized I was on to something.

So the next night BEFORE scrolling, I tried my new approach first and he slept through until the morning.

This is when I recognized the deep connection my child and I shared, and that focusing on calming and soothing myself was equally as important as focusing on calming and soothing my child.

I learned the essential key to getting my kid to sleep is focusing on ME first!

Understanding and honouring my own needs is what finally helped me confidently guide my childs' sleep experience in a way that works for the whole family.

Thinking back, having an infant is sort of like dating your child. Except, there is an everlasting process of getting to know them and their preferences (because you just can’t ghost them lol!). 

And it can be done with peace and ease. 

As I learned tools and strategies from various resources, I began practicing and allowed my intuition to guide the process and meet our individual needs. 

I am now experiencing peaceful bedtimes, increased self-care time, and a deep connection with both my children and myself.

And now you can too!
