I didn’t come to this work by accident.

It started in my own home.

I began to notice that when I felt overwhelmed, reactive, or disconnected - my kids responded to that immediately.

and I remember thinking: why is no one talking about this?

So when I started to shift inward… learning how to regulate, slow down and reconnect to myself and intuition

My kids started connecting instead of reacting. Our tension and challenges softened.

Everything changed.

That sparked my curiosity and I dove even deeper into my lived experience and began training in conscious, intuitive living and parenting.

I started practicing nervous system regulation, intuition development, energy healing, pattern recognition and embodying self-trust.

What I share now is something I live, practice and guide others through every day - with an abundance of time, peace, love and connection.

This work is both personal and grounded. Intuitive and practical.
